3. HWID Reset Policy • HWID resets are allowed on all products. • If you request more than three (3) resets within seven (7) days, you must provide a valid reason. • Excessive or unjustified requests may be denied at our sole discretion.

Downtime & Compensation • Temporary downtime may occur for updates, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues. • If downtime affects your access, your license will be paused, and additional time will be added. • Compensation may range from 8 hours up to 3 days, depending on downtime length and severity.
